(Sorry in advance for all the paperwork and forms required, however this generally is ALL the paperwork for the whole year)
We have 4 possibly 5 organizations that need paperwork to join robotics, they include…

3. US FIRST
4. IndianaFIRST
5. Boys and Girls Club (optional)

Once a year we have to make sure all the paper work is right for proper enrollment.

New and Returning Students
(Your parents MUST HELP you with these Steps)
Step #1: 4-H Huntington County Member Enrollment

This is an ONLINE form. Your parents must create a “family” login and add you to your family login account as a youth, even if you are 18 years old.
A $15.00 fee will be collected at the end for each Youth Member only.
If your parents are mentors, your parents will select “volunteer” for themselves, and add you as a youth member at the same time.

4-H Re-Enrolling Existing Members and Volunteers

Specific Instructions to help:
Club: Select Huntington County Robotics
Project: Select Robotics
Years in Project: Select how many years you have been in robotics.
Group: Do not add a GROUP, just press Continue
Scholarship Selection: Leave blank

Click the Orange “Add new Credit Card” to pay with credit/debit or select County/Club 4H Check to pay by check

(bring $15.00 check with you payable to: Huntington County 4-H Robotics.)

Step #2: Huntington County 4-H Robotics Team THRUST 1501 Enrollment

This is an ONLINE form. The most important information is provide a good email address, cell phone number and cell phone carrier so we can communicate with you during robotics season. Please read our rules and agree to them before joining our robotics team.

Step #3: USFIRST Robotics Team THRUST 1501 Enrollment

How-to-Navigate-STIMS – (Team Nutrons Version)

This is an ONLINE form. If you are brand new to the team, your parents will need to create a login separate than the youth login. Do not use the SAME email address for both parents and youth. Parents and youth emails must be different. If you do not have a youth email, you can sign up a free email at such services as yahoo or gmail etc. If you are a RETURNING team member, use your parent login from last year to renew your enrollment agreement. Be sure to click on Edit/View both parent profile and student profile. For example, update the student robotics participation for this season, even though it says your profile is complete. New to the form this year is the “School” information. Please update this.

Next is to click the “Apply to FRC Team” button. Enter “1501″ for the team number, then select Apply.

Last is to click on the Consent Form “Edit/View” button and consent for your youth.

Step #4: Huntington County 4-H Robotics Trip and Health Forms

These forms must be printed and brought with you to be dropped off.

Step #6: Boys and Girls Club 21st Century Benefits (Optional)
**You must be enrolled in Huntington North High School, Crestview or Riverview Middle School to receive the 21 Century Travel Benefits**

Step #2: Huntington County 4-H Robotics Team THRUST 1501 Contact Update

This is an ONLINE form. The most important information is provide a good email address, cell phone number and cell phone carrier so we can communicate with you during robotics season. Emails change, cell phone number change so we collect this every year just to be sure we are current with your information.

Step #3: USFIRST Robotics Team THRUST 1501 Mentor Consent Form Update

This is an ONLINE form. If you are a returning mentor, simply login and update your information. They have added much more information they are collecting about us. This is your mentor consent form as always. If you are a New Mentor, please CONTACT Chris with your preferred email, so he can invite you as a mentor contact first, then you create a TIMS account and consent online. After updating your “much more information”, click the “RESPOND” button to consent for the season.

Step #5: Huntington County 4-H Robotics Volunteer Driver (Optional)

At some point, we need a VERIFY your driver licences and insurance card of the vehicle you will be using to drive team members to events. This is optional to volunteer as a driver for the team.
