Reminder Meeting: 6-7PM All Team Meeting

Reminder there is a meeting tonight. 6PM - 7PM. Alot of important info tonight and things required.

1. IRI payment is due I think. $40 from everyone that is going including adults, mentors, and students.
(no payment today, we assume you’ll be taken care of your own hotel.)

2. We have more nominations to approve or not. Both mentors and students.

3. This weekend (sunday night training) and the following MONDAY is our Pizza Hut night, so I hope we get some details on that. Jeanne J?

4. Jeff A and John P may talk about team name tonight.

IRI Working Meeting June 12th, 2008 Thursday

Please come and help us prepare the robot for IRI, there will only be about 3 days of pre-robot prep, then 6 days of software debug and 5 days of driving practice.

The time of the working meeting will be 6PM until 8PM.

Next meetings will be June 17 and 18.
