THRUST 1501 - 2010 AutoDesk Animation

We are excited to bring you our 2010 Autodesk Animation entry for the FIRST Robotics competition called “Change Your World”. This entry is the first ever animation by Huntington County 4-H Robotics. The project first started with the eager interest from Joe and Cindy Robinson’s boys, Eiljah and Caleb. Elijah and Caleb become interested in film making and animation last year when our team was looking for a mentor that understood animation. This year Shabaaz Shah from Huntington University offered to help mentor the Robinson boys who worked together along with another Huntington University major Andrew Watson. All together an animation team was formed and they have submitted the following entry for 2010. Great job to all that was involved. 1200 hours were spent on this 30 second animation between six people created in about five weeks. That’s an average of 5.71 hours per person for 35 days straight. WOW…animation and film making is a lot of work!
