FIRST Robotics Team 1501, Huntington Indiana
Here is the proof for the wings give away we do.

Couple of updates, the ball weight, 1/2 schedule 40 PVC required, 3 team members in the pits during elimination rounds and few other things you should read.
We can verify the ball weight once we get our robot scale, the scale is in the mail. This reduction in weight will make the mechanical guys happy.

If you plan on traveling with the team to Purdue you need to pay your travel dues by Feb 16th. $40 per student is due to cover hotel costs.
The game plan is as follows:
PURDUE BOILERMAKER student cost=$40 + Ponderosa $12 = $52 TOTAL
includes car pool to Purdue March 13 6am Henline’s
two hotel nights 4/room max with free breakfast
3 sack lunches
Thursday night pizza
Friday night team dinner at Purdue cafeteria (pay Feb.16 $9 for additional guests)
Kids bring $12 money for Ponderosa Saturday night dinner 3/15 or parents pick them up.
Looking for a student or students to take charge of keeping track of the robot weight. Must be good with excel, and know how to use a calibrated instrument.

Here is a spreadsheet I got from MOE 365Â as a start, or you could start your own spreadsheet. Let Paul or Me know if your the student we can count on to keep track of the robot weight.
Download the MOE 365 Weight Excel Sheet

I think I heard the shop will be open at 9AM on Monday, Jan 21st if you want to come and work at robotics, you are more than welcome to do so.
